Acro-bungee is a fun, total-body cardio workout that is an exhilarating way to exercise, tone, and build muscle while doubling as a fantastical form of circus performance art. Students are harnessed and attached to two strands of bungees at the hips where they start out learning basic bounces and poses, then advance to more complicated tricks such as mid-air poses, flips, and more!
