Join us for an amazing, full-body cardio workout that will exercise you from head to toe! Experience a workout that’s so fun, it doesn’t seem like exercise!
Each student gets your own hip harness for the duration of the lesson. The bungee cord is attached to the back of the harness so you can move and bounce freely. The bungees will assist you in dance and exercise movements, but provide you with resistance for strengthening and sculpting the muscles.
Reservation required! Class is limited to 7. If we have enough interest, we will open another workshop time slot on this date.
We highly recommend wearing padded bike shorts for the most comfort with the harness or form-fitting pants. Bring some water and a towel and be prepared to sweat!
