From here, you may now start making reservations for classes with your voucher! You can do so by clicking on the “Book this service” button or by clicking the “CLASSES” tab.
Your voucher has an expiration date on it! You must use ALL classes in a voucher prior to the expiration date. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any unused voucher classes. (If you’ve redeemed your voucher number with us, but have not attended any classes yet, you will lose any unused funds once it has passed the expiration date.) Please double check your expiration date and make all of your appointments prior to that date! We will not extend the expiration date for any vouchers.
Once you have redeemed your voucher with us, you will be able to view its expiration date while logged into your user account with The Aerial Classroom. You can also usually view voucher expiration date from the company you purchased your voucher from – e.g., LivingSocial, Groupon – and most social buying sites send out reminder emails to their clients as the expiration date approaches. If you redeem your voucher with us and opt in to our email communications, you will also receive a few reminder emails from us letting you know that your time is running out. Please redeem your voucher and attend classes prior to your expiration date as we do not extend voucher expiration dates.
Our cancellation policy applies to all voucher classes. Please be sure to cancel at least 6 hours prior to the class start time for any reservations you’ve booked. Failure to do so will mean that you will not be able to reschedule or retain the funds for that missed or late canceled class. No exceptions. (Please see our Policies page for full details.)
With all voucher sales, there is a LIMIT OF 1 VOUCHER REDEMPTION PER PERSON, per sale. If you buy more than one voucher, please be sure to gift additional vouchers to friends or loved ones, and please make sure that the lucky recipient(s) of a gift voucher did not already buy and/or redeem their own voucher during the same sale. We will only accept 1 voucher redemption per person, per sale, regardless if it is bought or gifted to you. We always make sure that the redemption limit is stated on the site you bought the voucher from, but if you bought a bunch of vouchers for yourself and didn’t realize you could only use one of them and don’t have anyone to gift them to, we highly recommend that you visit our Facebook page and leave a post asking if any of our other FB followers would like to buy it from you.
If you have a voucher that is good for multiple classes, you can share one of the classes with someone else. To do this, you simply need to log into your Aerial Classroom account, sign yourself up for the class, then click on the class again, and select the option to pay for someone else. As long as you still have unused classes/voucher funds left in your account, it will automatically use them as payment for you and your class guest. If you are asked to submit payment, this probably means that you’ve used up all your credits/classes!
