We are excited to introduce a new class to our studio! Aerial yoga swing combines aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics, and dance to create an amazing total body workout! The yoga swing, also known as yoga trapeze, is a piece of supportive fabric hung like a swing with multiple fabric loops on both sides of the main swing.
Classes begin February 1 and are limited to four students. Each student will get their very own yoga swing to work on for the duration of the class session.
Yoga swing is great for students who want a low-impact fitness routine that can build strength, balance, and flexibility, or accelerate the healing process of physical ailments. Many accomplished athletes use the yoga swing workout to benefit their other types of fitness training, such as aerial arts, dance, martial arts, and pole dance.
