The Aerial Classroom in North Hills recently added two new classes: aerial circuit training and fitness class on Sundays from 5:00-6:30pm, and flexibility and stretching class on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm.
If you want to increase flexibility and improve range of motion, this stretching class is the way to do it! We focus on improving flexibility in the whole body from head to toe. This class uses isometric stretching techniques to help students stretch and condition their muscles while protecting the surrounding ligaments and tendons. Individual variations of stretches can be made to accommodate all types of bodies and flexibility levels. Sign up
Get your body in amazing shape with this fitness class! This 1.5-hour class uses the different aerial apparatuses to do fitness and strength-building exercises that will help tone and strengthen the whole body. Students of all levels who wish to build strength and stamina are encouraged to join this class. Sign up
